Studying in Landidyll Hotels
A lively studying process requires a high degree of wellbeing and motivation.
The study areas and their surroundings are the stages on which learning is carried out. Our role model for the design of these spaces is nature itself. Healthy air, daylight, the interaction of colours, the rhythm and generosity of nature is a source of both strength and inspiration.
The hotel as a whole affects the wellbeing of studying individuals in a variety of different ways. The architecture and design of the rooms, the restaurants, the foyer and leisure facilities with the 3-4 star quality of all Landidyll establishments meets all requirements of intercultural comfort.
Landidyll Conference Hotels orient themselves towards the quality criteria of the DeGefest, viewing these as the minimum requirements for the creation of a contemporary study environment.
The staff
Landidyll staff are very familiar with the requirements of their customers. With a high degree of sensitivity, they support and promote the processes of learning and communication for their seminar guests. Friendliness and helpfulness are the expression of genuine appreciation. Landidyll staff view their job as a challenge for a professional approach in all areas of the establishment. Capability and expertise serve to strengthen internal quality, together with permanent further training.
Clear agreements: Customer-oriented service begins with the preparation of a planned 
conference. Expertise and an eye for detail are applied to plan and prepare each event down to the last aspect. Co-ordination with organiser and trainer is a matter of course for the Landidyll staff.
Cancellation arrangements
Trust is essential for good relationship. It is against this background that we address changes to bookings and the cancellation of planned events. As a rule, we attempt to satisfy customer requests at no extra cost, or where these are kept to a minimum.
Handling complaints: Landidyll staff view every complaint as an opportunity to improve customer loyalty. The complaining customer wishes to remain a customer, but combines his intervention with the desire to see a fault rectified, a defect corrected or a product improved.
Landidyll staff react immediately, declare themselves responsible for the complaint and ensure that the customer receives satisfaction. Landidyll staff are qualified to make decisions on the spot and are able to offer compensatory services to make amends.
Trainer motivation culture
Trainers, moderators, speakers etc. are often not responsible for the choice of establishment. However, as responsible conference co-ordinator they require our particular attention and support, as this enables them to focus wholly upon their participants while we take care of organisational matters on their behalf in the background. We want trainers to feel well provided and cared for. Flexibility, rapid implementation and assistance are the key characteristics of our service for trainers. The trainer is a VIP and is treated as such in the manner in which he is received and cared for, including after the conference itself.
Catering to suit the seminar
"A full stomach learns poorly." Nonetheless, we are aware that seminar participants like to eat well and generously. We incorporate versatile snacks to ensure that the main meals are not too extensive, offering light, seminar-friendly dishes.
Leisure activities are more than just activities in seminar free time. The seminar commences with the arrival of the 
participants and ends with their departure. The informal periods such as breaks, lunch and dinner - as well as the long evenings - are particularly important for the process of group dynamics. Landidyll establishments consequently offer conference leaders a range of different, useful leisure activities to support the learning process.
